unauthorized billing

Before Easter Holidays i received a call from one of the agents promoting some hotspot music thingy of which i dont remember what those exclusion are called. he called and i asked him to call again during my lunch. he called again explaining all this stupid exclusions, i asked him that is this included from the R130 contract and he said NO. i then said to him if this is going to make a difference from the monthly installments then i DO NOT WANT any of this AT ALL, and towards end of the call he said he can minus some of the things that can bring the installment into a reasonable price and i said to him I DONT WANT IT. please DO NOT authorize anything. to my surprise on the 25th deductions went off.when i called them earlier this week i spoke to Sekaya who cancelled the exclusions, she called me yesterday confirming that in that call i authorized the deductions, i dont know how on earth is that possible because at the end of the call i said I DO NOT WANT IT. m******m im so ****ed right now, i know what i said maan damn it mxi
