Unauthorization
<p>Elite Mobile has been debiting an amount, every month from my bank account, without any authorization given by me to do so.</p> <p>I have not signed up for any contract, yet they are taking my money and giving a contract to someone else.</p> <p>This has been happening for the past eight months.</p> <p>I have requested for a full refund awaiting a response.</p>

01 Sept 2016, 08:44An agent has contacted me to get all the necessary information from me, although I'm awaiting a response for my refund as another person by the name of Dipuo Marvel Maphoto is using a contract but her cellphone bill is being deducted from my account, how is that possible?
I require a full refund on my account and an explanation on this type of activity!!!
