Unauthorised migration of cell phone contract - THIS IS THEFT!

I am furious with Elite Mobile. I had a telesales call on Wednesday where the lady coerced me into accepting a migration deal without giving me all of the information, being completely deceptive. I phoned Vodacom straight away to cancel the loaded migration. They phoned Elite Mobile and requested cancellation. The promise was that it would be cancelled before the end of the day. I phoned Elite Mobile to confirm the cancellation. They confirmed that it was loaded, but stated that it would be implemented within 48 hours. Today, 48 hours later, a completely UNAUTHORISED migration happened on another number that I had on my contract. Today is the last day of the month, meaning that it will cost me money. In plain English, this is THEFT!
