UNAUTHORISED DEDUCTIONS
I have noticed on my bank account the 3 deductions lately. when I got a bank statement I saw that as far back as March 2015 these deductions have been going on. every month a total of R118.00 is deducted from my bank account. I have given no one permission of signed for any deduction. I don't even have an elite mobile account. how are they going to refund me.
