UNAUTHORISED DEBITS OFF MY ACCOUNT

I accepted a telemarketer special for a tablet in January for R89 with no add ons but in January then again if February I was billed for add on's to the value of R274. I have been in constant contact with Elite Mobile on *** and spoken to Bonnie (who called for the recording of the deal and confirmed that I did not authorise any add ons), Maria, Nicole, Marilyn Naicker, Happy Shabala, Maria, Jabu, Nicole again and Nonfundo. I have been told on each occasion, that my phone call is being recorded so they have got proof on my calls. They have promised to come back to me on each occassion and to date no one has. The credits they have told me has been esculated to management and takes 3 to 4 days and yet 20 days later I'm still waiting.<br> <br> Their customer support is shocking and it was their mistake which they should correct immediately!<br> <br> The bottom line is I want my money back that they took without my consent.
