UNAUTHORISED DEBITS

Someone call me more a year ago with a offer of a cellphone and all these perks. I have never received any cellphone up to date and all these debits go off every single month. I didn't know what these debit was until i searched the internet for information and saw but i'm not the only one with this problem and that this problem is giving people havoc in peoples live cause you paying for something you haven't received and the debit orders is unauthorised. So can you please stop the debit orders on: hotspotterm, safetybox, musicbox and rescuebox cause i don't know what they are.
