Unauthorised debits

I upgraded my vodacom Contract through elite mobile. They offered me a new tablet and data but I declined the data and after a long discussion and assurances I was persuaded to take the new tablet. They assured me that my monthly subscription will remain the same since I declined the data offered but to my surprise a further R171.00 was added to my monthly subscription. On top of that I was billed for what they call service agreements which I didn't agree to, hotspotter, magzone, kintel, techtrace and sossquad. I called them to cancel the service agreements on two different occasions and was told that they have been cancelled but the debits still went off again after they assured me about the cancellations. Elite Mobile is a ***** and I can't understand how Vodacom could let them do this under their watch. I feel cheated and ****** of my hard earned money and I swear will never ever enter into a contract with these ********** again.
