Unauthorised debit orders on my account! *****!

<p>I took out a 10G data wifi router contract early this year, I agreed to be debited R299 per month, to my suprise the first debit order was for R309. I went to vodacom to find out if there is anything extra I am being charged for and they said No. I left it like that beacuse I thought to myself it's only R9 more. To my suprise this morning I received a notification of a debit order and I checked my account, I really got a SHOCK of my life! All along from the inception of the contract I have been debited about three amounts under R100 without my knowledge! I never agreed to additional services therefore I do not expect extra debit orders coming out from my account! I even asked the lady who assisted me to take out the contract, I think her name is Ayanda, she said I will not pay anything extra! I want the voice recording of the contract! I also want a refund of all the amounts that have been debited on my account or else I am taking this to the OMBADSMAN and I know I will win this case! This constitutes as *****!</p>
