Unauthorised Debit Orders

I have 8 unauthorised debit orders coming off my bank account monthly for over a year now from Elite Mobile, I have tried numerous times to contact their call centre but keep getting informed that they cannot help me and they will contact someone to call me back with regards to the unauthorised debit orders which I am trying to cancel but no one ever calls me back! These debit orders are over R 400 a month! Elite mobile this is ******* - please assist urgently and cancel all these debit orders.
