Unauthorised Debit orders

Elite mobile has been debiting my husbands bank account since 2016 an amount of R 150 - R 200 per month.

When phoning the company to enquire, they claim the money is for services rendered? What services rendered? We did not even know that we signed up to the service in the first place?

We have asked for proof that we signed up for such services and same can not be provided?

Is this the way cellphone companies make money today? By conning customers?
