Unauthorised Debit Orders

I have 2 unauthorised debit orders for EM ********** -1 and EM ********** -2 for amounts of R38 and R25. I am unable to get hold of any body to cancel these debit orders. I have never agreed to these amounts being deducted from my bank account. I need these resolved asap.
