Unauthorised debit orders

I upgraded my Vodacom contract through Elite Mobile. The second month of billing, I saw that they have been debiting my account with 4 different debit orders totalling R172. I called them to remove the debit orders and pay back the anauthorised deductions. <br> <br> The lady responded that she will first listen to the recording and before the end of the week the money should be paid back into my account. She also promised that I will recieve a call back, which never happened.<br> <br> I got too busy and did not follow up again. Needless to say that I am still paying for something that I believe I did not ask for and if I missed something, it should have been cancelled from month 3 onwards.<br>
