Unauthorised debit order

3 months ago I bought a Samsung phone via their broker, elite mobile. All in all, the monthly payment is R199 which vodacom debits monthly, for the past 2 months elite mobile has also been debiting my account for the same amount of R199, so it's two transactions for one device. I called elite mobile to tell them of this and they said I had subscribed to their added value services as well, which I do not remember agreeing to, cause when taking up the contract I had confirmed with the sales person that the only payment I will be making monthly is the R199 for the phone. I then received an sis saying those added value subscriptions (hotspotter and safe balance) have been canceled. But now end of September, my account was debited again, why is that?
