Unauthorised Debit Order
I have an unauthorised debit order coming off my account every month. I would like this to be removed please. So far nobody can assist and I have other friends that this has happened to as well. Is it linked to my Vodacom contract? If so I am willing to cancel this too. I will never talk to another elite mobile agent ever again as I have seen multiple complaints of this nature with no resolution. Please someone help.

31 Oct 2017, 01:03Elite Mobile called me back and stated that I had an upgrade last year and I did not. They later advised that it is now on my main number. I do not accept this excuse as they could not guarantee that this debit order will be cancelled as they are having issues with their cancellations. I will monitor it and report back.
