Unauthorised debit Oder
I have noticed a debit order in one of my accounts with reverence Rescuebox EM ********** . Upon an internet search the source of the company is ELITEMOBILE. I have never agreed to any services or any contracts pertaining RESCUEBOX subscriptions: According to the Ombudsman of Banking services ANY intentional debit order that is not authorised is regarded as *****. With reference to the Protection of Personal Information Act(PoPi) I am also interested in finding out how my banking details was obtained. In light of above and in avoidance of any legal endeavour I request correspondence and confirmation of cancellation ASAP from EliteMobile.
