Unauthorised Charges

I have been getting charged by SoMusic (R49) and TechTrace (R35) since last year October. According to TechTrace - Elite Mobile signed me up for this service. When I phoned Elite Mobile, they told me their systems were down and they could not help me and I would have to phone back.<br> This is unacceptable, especially since I have never signed up for ANY of these subs. I would like Elite Mobile to supply me with the voice recording that proves I signed up for these subs, if not, I would like a full refund of all debits to my account.
