UNAUTHORISED BILLING OFF MY ACCOUNT / *****

Accepted the R89.00 per month offer for 1 GB of DATA, great! Delivery great, then comes to billing in Feb and in April 2015, unauthorised transactions to the value of R683.00 in those two months have taken place for so called Value Added Services, which I have no understanding of nor authorised. Calling to sort it out was just a nightmare, no follow through, including having been **** to and the phone being put down in my ear as a customer. Luckily for me, I record all our calls as we are a call centre provider, so I have evidence of what these people say over the phone. Once particular call made by my assistant in my office who made the call on my behalf as she could see my frustration, the call centre told her, that Elite mobile do not have any directors, no CEO, and not Managers or Team leaders, my assistant laughed at the call centre agent and said really? She got told this as she was trying to get someone in a position of authority to assist. I now see of the Hello Peter Web Site there are over 400 odd complaints and I also noticed a lot were for ********** monies off our accounts. I have logged a call today again and lets see if this matter is now attended to.
