Unauthorised Billing and supplying of banking deta

I was contacted in March regarding an offer on a tablet - the hotspotter and several services was discussed. Immediately after I put the phone done with the consultant . emails came through from 3 services of which one is Hotspotter saying they will be deducting monies when receiving the tablet. I immediately contacted them and told them they cannot as I do not have the Tablet yet and surely this is optional. They agreed. I did not qualify for the Tablet when but have had two debit orders for March and April 49 and 39 take off my account without authorisation. I did not give them my Bank account which could only have come from Elite Mobile . Nobody authorised them to do this therefore I believe your product is not secure for confidential information. I want my monies refunded. Kind regards M
