i recieved a call earlier in november from a consultant based in durban, i had already concluded on my upgrade but she had called about value added subscriptions, i told her i was not interested and she kept insisting and even raised her voice until i hung upon her, now comes month end and i have been debited for tech trace, hotspotter and some other kind of subscription. called in yesterday and i was told they are offline, i guess maybe due to the high level of complaints this was just one of their excuses not to help me, you guys are incurring me costs, this is gonna charge me to reverse these debit order because of ur greed. i want these debit orders to stop!!!
