Unapproved add-ons

A call centre agent contacted me regarding a special, tablet for R99 per month, i accepted but when i received the devise i also received amail with a statement showing alot of other stuff that was added to my subscription of which i did not know off. I returned the head set and cancelled the subscription but the debit order went off my account with all the exstras. I tried phoning Elite mobile everyday and i get the same response that their system is down no one can assist me. I want my money paid back into my account because on the phone i only agreed to R99 who gave them permission to add a lot of other subscriptions. And i also cancelled the order they already received the tablet but they still debit my account. And no one can assist me.
