Unacceptable service & sly company

EM-***2-1 I was contacted by Elite Mobile 13 TH OF OCT 2020 and offered a new contract with reduced rates on my current contract that I have with Vodacom. I was not aware that they are not part of Vodacom. I askes specifically where she is calling from and she confirmed from Vodacom Call Centre. I continued with the conversation and agreed to the contract. When I received the confirmation email, I discovered they are a Mobile service. I am unhappy as they **** to me and I have no interest to deal with people like this. I cancelled immediately on the same day - this all happened on Tuesday 13th of October 2020. Their email arrived at 10h26 and I cancelled at 12h53. I got replies that a consultant will contact me. No one did, so I phoned Wednesday 14 October 2020 and spoke to Madelyn Naika. She confirmed it was cancelled. I asked her for an email stating this. She responded they have sent it to me the previous afternoon at 16h55. I confirmed I did not receive it and she said she will do it again. I waited and confirmed whilst on the phone I still did not get it and wanted to know why now all of a sudden I do not receive their emails. She had a laugh in her voice responding it might be a system error as it was sent. I got the idea she was mocking me. Nevertheless I sent an email again and raised my unhappiness with the service and confirmed again I want it cancelled. Still waiting, so yesterday afternoon I received and sms from Ram services that they will deliver a package today. Today 15 October 2020 I got an email from them and I immediately responded that it was cancelled and I will not accept the package. Maryna from RAM phoned after the driver was advised by me (he phoned to get directions) that he can go back to his office as this order was confirmed to be cancelled. So the only assumption I can make is that Madelyn Naika was indeed laughing at me as she knew the Order was not cancelled. Elite Mobile is clearly misleading and not honest in doing business. I am shocked and disappointed and well never ever do any business via phone. I even told them I will take legal action and name shame them with absolutely no reply. DONT TRUST THIS COMPANY, THEY ARE SLY AND WILL DE***** YOU JUST TO GET A DEAL!
