Un authorized Debit order on my account

Yesterday to my shock my account was debited for a service for phonebox, whatever that is, from Elite Mobile that I never app**** for. I cant recall ever receiving a call from them. So how was an account created by them and where did they get my account details and who authorized the debit order on my account? Its absolutely shocking.

I want answers like yesterday, as far as i am concerned thats ***** !!!
