Time Wasters!

I was contacted by some very enthuestiastic call centre person saying that I qualify for this awesome Vodacom package. After selling the hell out of it for 10 minutes, he proceeded to take another 15 minutes getting all my personal info. After that he spent another 10 minutes rattling down the terms and conditions!?!?! After all of this I get told my device is on the way in 5 days....8 days later (after taking time to make photocopies of my ID for RAM couriers who were to deliver the package and arranging for someone to be home to accept the package) I called the call centre to find out what's taking so long. I then get told by another call centre person that my "application was declined" .....application????? THESE *****S CALLED ME AND TOLD ME I ALREADY QUALIFIED!!!! Best part was she couldn't even tell me WHY I was declined. I don't know what kind of Mickey Mouse Operation these idiots are running. If anyone gets a call from these time wasters then just hang up and save yourself time and aggravation.
