Absolutely disgusting and what a ****. I was called, I could barely hear the salesman as the background noise was so loud. They offered me a package for an HP laptop, I did not want the Showmax subscription for R159 which they described to me as IT support or Simfy EM, when I was on the call with Elite, they said that an sms went through to me authorize the debit order, I did not get that sms nor did it appear on by debicheck. The contract was for R289, I was assured that absolutely no money would be deducted from my account until I received the package and activated. They debited my account claiming it takes 21 days to cancel, and a lady by the name of Nadia would contact me...I am still waiting, but that does not make sense, you have 7 days to return the product of you are not happy with it. SINCE when does Vodacom sell Showmax subscriptions and what on earth is Simfy EM? The salesman was so pushy he basically pushed the deal on me, he spoke so quick I could not make out a thing, and then a debit order???????????? For a product I have not received!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! It does not say much about Vodacom. Elite in my personal opinion and without prejudice are ********** AND *******!
