They did it again ....

I posted a complaint on the 14th of January (Something does not feel right) and I don't feel like repeating myself, but in a nutshell, I felt the company acted in an ********* manner. <br> To their credit, someone phoned me and left a voice mail message that no fees will be deducted from my bank account (of course, they wanted me to settle for a more expensive product/service and the fees were never mentioned during the initial telemarketing call, so this serves as no comfort)<br> Guess what happened? Ag, I know you know by now ...<br> On 30 January 2015, the following amounts were deducted from my bank account: RESB EM-***-2: -R49.00
