Their sales agent misled me into a migration from a cheaper packaged to an expensive one
Their sales agent misled me into a migration from a cheaper packaged to an expensive one.The QA department verified this by listening to the recorder interaction with the agent.. but still charged me a migration fee which I didn't agree to. They promised to cancel the migration and leave me on my old contact with Vodacom
