Theft

This is a follow-up report.<br> <br> To cut a long story short, I upgraded with Elite Mobile, and then two days later cancelled the upgrade. I enquired as to why I was still charged R150 upgrade fee, and after their investigation (they listened to the call recording) I was told I agreed to it and it was non-refundable. Ok, that's fine.<br> <br> So, after begrudgingly accepting that the R150 upgrade fee was non-refundable, I was promised that there would be no more debit orders from Elite Mobile. And guess what? ANOTHER R150 has been deducted from my account this morning. I demand a refund immediately - this is nothing short of theft. Oh, and this time I have a recording of the call.
