Theft

I have a very active account and dont always recognise transactions that are coming off. After checking my debit orders, i realised that Elite Mobile has been deducting money from me for 5 years, sine 2010, which totals up to about R7000.00. I emailed them and asked why they had been deducting money, to which they did not respond. my trace number for the email was TTD***, which was followed by Please rest assured that feedback will be provided shortly\...
