Terrible Service !!!!!!

I was contacted by Elite Mobile a division of the Ignition Group. I emailed (***********) as per the website and received a response with a ticket number.7 days later and still no response. I called in numerous times since the start and no one is interested in getting back to me on my query(I was offered an upgrade but the package I agreed on is different to my actually contract upgrade.My R1000 voucher I have still not received ) I was promised a team leader will contact me but no such luck.Your agents are lairs and the service received is absolutely disappointing. In the middle of a pandemic we innocent people are still be ****** and cheated by staff we actually create jobs for.Salome Govender who answered my recent call moments ago is unable to assist me and suggest I wait!!!!!!
