Terrible Communication and Product Delivery

Elite mobile called me, at the end of July 2022, to upgrade my Vodacom line and the Sales consultant was great.

However, to this date, 12 Aug 2022, I have not received any email confirmation of the order nor have I received my order as yet.

I had to call the call centre twice only to find out on the second call that the item is on back order with Vodacom; this was not communicated to me upfront.
