TELESALES consultant shockingly rude

Firstly every one can relate to a No Caller ID call where on the other line its usually a telesales consultant offering some product of sort. <br> I got such a call today at 0947 which lasted 3 minutes...I ask that Elite mobile go pull up the call and confirm the following complaint. <br> This woman by the name of Shaista (pseudonym most likely) called me. The gist of the call was an offer on behalf of Vodacom regarding a Tablet for only 79 a month....I gave her the benefit of the call and listened to the offer. The instant I declined the offer to my amazement she makes a comment like '' So you are turning down a Tablet because you do not want to pay R79 a month\. I take exception to this derogatory comment. Please Elite Mobile do not for one moment think you have the prerogative to insult potential customers in lite of the Consumer Protection Act, think again. It is bad enough getting calls that are unwanted, but to be insulted by a consultant for turning down an offer is pushing the limit of telemarketing. Elite Mobile this impression about your company has confirmed my stance that I would never ever consider any products from your company. This experience has been anything BUT ELITE ,"
