I have had the unfortunate experience with Elite Mobile whereby I took out a R110.00 pm contract for a Vodaphone Tablet in 2015.

My bank provided me with the company's details who has been debiting my account without my consent. I contacted Elite Mobile, where I was met with the most unfriendly individuals who assume that all customers are stupid. I requested the voice recording where I consented for additional services to be added to the initial contract, and to my surprise, the recording is lost, and Elit Moblile offered me a 3 month refund, whereas they have had the luxury of debiting my bank account for the past three years without my consent.

I just had a call from one of the staff members, who informed me that higher management has authorized a 1 year refund - and I declined this - because I only agreed toba 24 month contract of R110.00pm.

Therefore, I urge all consumers to decline all contracts offered to you by Elite Moblie, as you will end up with a huge amount of unauthorized debit orders. They are ******** - These debit orders are less than R100.00, which means that you do not get any sms notifications, and they do not debit your account for the full amount at once.
