Telephone abuse - pure arrogance

I am brought to silence with what I just encountered. I received a call on the 3rd June for an data offer which I accepted. They called me the next day telling me its up by 20% and asked if I'm still interested to which I then declined. I received a call today around 15:34. A young man speaking quite quick as they all do by the name of LANCE. When I asked what it was related to I was given my identity barked at me \just tell me yes or no".... He then proceeded by asking if I wanted the VAS on the contract I took out and I told him that I in fact cancelled. To his I had to explain myself etc. but got to a point where I told him that his behavior is unacceptable. He changed his voice to a sarcastic"
