Talk about lying

Called and offered a package deal for R269. Sounded ideal so I agree. Later I'm contacted and the costs are outlined something at R159 and something at R85 I am told my cost has not changed it's still R269. Now I see it's R269 plus R159 plus R85 totaling way over R500. This is unacceptable and I want the order cancelled immediately.
