Subliminal selling

I was offered a data and airtime contract by elite mobile which I agreed to,but the consultant said I could terminate it whenever I want. But it was declined and they decided to load airtime on my phone for a lesser amount anyway,now I've just realized that they cancelled my vodacom services, my phone had a problem and I couldn't book it in for repair because they couldn't pick it up on their system,I had to go look for my prove of purchase, i can't transfer data or airtime from my phone to another number, basically i can't do a thing. I called them to terminate the agreement and now they are telling me to pay a cancellation fee that I am confident that,that information was omitted when they were offering me the contract. I won't pay that money because it's news to me, and since their calls are recorded I'm sure they wouldn't mind meeting me at court.. You need to train your employees to be honest, and their very rude by the way ,one their operators just hung up on me while I was still talking to her.
