Straggling to do sim swap for my phone contracted by Elite Mobile

<p>My phone was ****** with my Vodacom sim card. when i call Vodacom to do sim swap i was told that i connnot be assisted because i am contracted with Elite . when i call Elite mobile they said they can only do sim swap after 30 days. i have already waited for several weeks now without my number. i use that number for business purposes. now i am not working. no business call. its so frastrating.</p>
