Stop debiting money from my account just stop it stop it stop it

I cancelled my contract/ membership/ account whatever you want to call it with you immediately when I found out you added extra things on at extra cost. I did not take possession of the package. It was sent back and I even got a confirmation call. SO STOP DEBITING MONEY FROM MY ACCOUNT. I HAVE REVERSED THE TRANSACTION TWICE AND STOPPED THE DEBIT ORDER TWICE. YOU HAVE NO RIGHT TO TAKE MONEY FROM MY ACCOUNT FOR A SERVICE I CANCELLED. YOUR CONSULTANTS ADDED STUFF AT EXTRA COST WHEN THEY TOLD ME THEY WERE BREAKING DOWN AND EXPLAINING THE COST TO ME. If you try to debit money from my account one more time I will take this further.
