Still waiting - Week 2

I have app**** for a contract phone with Elite, the iPhone 6 which was approved, once approved Vodacom phoned me to inform me that the device have been discontinued and are out of stock. I have tried to re-apply with vodacom for the iPhone 6 S but due to the approved contract by Elite I cant do anything. I am going for week 3 from the date of application and still no communication / feedback related to this matter from Elite. This is ridiculous. Either someone will phone me back which never happens, or the system is offline.
