Still not cancelled

I really cant deal with this any more, I just got off the phone with a Busi From Elite mobile regarding my cancellation.<br> i was told that in order to get my money back i have to cancel and we can then take the matter up in court.<br> Come on guys you are now messing up my name. and this is not fair. I just want this Cancelled and want my money back.
