Still await feedback re hotspotter cancellation!

Still waiting for someone from Elite Mobile to make contact with me!! Report posted on 22 April and incident happened 9 April. They just show no interest and care for their so called customers!!!! Very frustrated, annoyed and angry! Hopefully i wont need to post more complaints but rather compliments...lets see!
