*****ing money from customers

A debit order was taken off my account by Elite mobile for something i specifically did not ask for. When i contacted them to pay me back i had to cancel this first (that i did not ask for) and then i was told i will not get the money back! Is this now how its become....just taking money from people because you feel like it....can i come and take money from you ELITE MOBILE just because i feel like it!! Really....that sounds like *****ing to me....come on man...we live in hard times!!!
