STAY AWAY!!! PATHETIC SERVICE

Stay far away from Elite Mobile!!!! Most pathetic service ever received!! Quick to sell you something but when you want to cancel within the specified time then the issues start! they phoned me on 7 July for a new Vodacom laptop contract which I thought was a great deal and great laptop. I took the out the contract, but within few days of receiving it I called in to cancel it. they said it will take 7 days for the courier to collect. I waited over a month for them to collect! Since collection I phoned them few times every month to find out if the deal has been cancelled. I got names and reference number of ALL the people that I spoke to and who promised that they will cancel it or get back to me... Today is 17 November and the contract has still not been cancelled. I have been paying for something that I don't have since July / August this year. DONT EVER TAKE OUT A CONTRACT WITH THEM, THEY WILL ***** YOU OVER!!
