stay away from elite mobile agents

Hi , last year in Nov one of your agent called and said he is acting behalf of vodacom and my contract is due for renewal, and said currently im on the package which has 300Gb and he is willing to convert to unlimited data. but after a month when my data came to end nd i called them, i asked them to cancel the contract as the package is not unlimited as promised . but after speaking to them they sent a request to vodacom to cancel the contract ,and in march i received the notification that my contact will be cancelled , and eventually got cancelled . but now im receiving calls from the debt collectors VVM for early termination . is their anyone from elite mobile or vodacom who can assist .
