Spam and suspicious promotions on behalf of Vodacom

I received a call on 19 July 2022 from *** they claimed to be Elite Mobile Vodacom, the said my number has been selected for their Mecer 2022 laptop promotion and I mentioned to them that I received a similar call yesterday and a month ago for the same package. I mentioned to the contact agent that am uneasy with their deal and the offer as I have already went through the same process with REWARDS but I have not received the laptop and reference/order number to date. After I explained my concerns to Thandeka she convinced me to continue, but when she started asking about my salary information and bank details I got even more concerned and immediately indicated that I don't wish to continue and can they remove my number from their data base. I explained I don't want multiple debit orders and the information they asking for Vodacom already has it so I don't want to continue there's just too many red flags with their processes. Thandeka transferred me to another agent who was rude, and was not willing to cancel the order and delete my numbers, she kept on persisting that I should understand their process, I ask her for 2 things to delete the order and my number from their system. Which still at the end of the call, I didn't get a clear indication that they cancelled the order and deleted my numbers.
