Soo disappointed

<p>I wrote here i think last month about your bad service && i said you must cancel the order and the other things you gave my mom ,,, and we got a massage saying you cancelled && her order was unsuccessful but end of this month you took a money from her bank account while she didn't get the phone,, i really do not understand why you take the money,,,,,, we want that money back !!!
