An Elite Mobile consultant contacted me and confirmed that they are part of Vodacom and offered me a contract for R99, a deal offered to existing Vodacom customers. At no point was I informed of any other charges. I only realised this was not the case when my bank account was debited for other amounts in access of what was agreed upon, i.e +_ R450 a month. I demand a refund for all amounts in access of R99month that has been processed against my bank account.
