<p>Elite Mobile called me offering a contract, I advised that I am a housewife, yet they advised that they still going to apply for a contract. Offering all the add on services aswell.</p> <p> </p> <p>Later that week they sent a sms advising the contract was declined as I dont have an income coming in on my name and my husbands income wont count.</p> <p> </p> <p>It is now almost a year later and these add on services are still being deducted from my account.........nobody can assist with this......</p> <p> </p> <p>How do I go about this now as I want my money back as I have never used these services.</p>
