Sim once of connection fee been charged for

Hi my name is rohan bipat id number is ********** 082088 kindly note I took out a contract with you guys last week the number in connection is ********** but after everything is sorted out I notice a amount of R207.00 went of today and when called vodacom customer care there told me that i was charged a sim once of connection fee by your guys but b4 i took the contract I ask the elite mobile consultant is there a sim once of connection fee there said no there isn't only amount I'll be paying is R99 .00 a month now what I want to know from you guys is why i was charged that sim once of connection fee when I not supposed to get charged for it please can I get a refund for it now Plz can you guys sort this out urgently I like doing business with vodacom but this is bull**** now please can you guys call me back on ********** 834
