If you asked me - this should be ******* and Elite mobile should be canned. They are a trap filled with lies - they upgrade you onto devices and contracts that don’t even benefit you or are not even what you agreed to. Amongst many things, I had a phone contract “upgraded” into a bluetooth speaker - as if I even want the speaker and then was unable to actually upgrade the phone as I need.

Just plain shocking - cannot believe Vodacom still use them as a sales team - certainly gives Vodacom a bad name - after well over 20 years of supporting Vodacom I was ready to leave them completely (which I normally don’t worry about).
