Shocking service

I have struggled with getting my refund from them since December 2021! When I called every time they advised that the debit order was cancelled. I finally get my refund (2 MONTHS LATER) only to have them debit me again!! This is poor and shocking service!! Now I need to go through the whole process again!!!
